This policy describes how Clary AI Focus ("the App", "we") collects, uses and protects your information. The App is an ADHD-friendly focus and self-care application developed by Emin Akın Öztürk.

What we collect

Account information

When you create an account we store your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your real email address — we only receive the relay address, and that works fine.

App activity

To keep your progress across sessions and devices, we store the data you create in the App:

• Your routine and daily tasks, and which of them you completed
• Daily progress, streaks and day state
• Onboarding answers
• Items you save in Inspire
• Reflection and mood entries

What we never collect

Location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any data used for advertising, profiling or cross-app tracking.

What stays on your device

Some data never leaves your phone and is never sent to our servers:

• Period tracking. Only the dates you enter are recorded, and they are stored locally. No flow, symptoms or predictions are collected, and nothing is uploaded.
• Notification schedules. Reminders are scheduled by iOS on your device.
• App preferences such as which reminders you have switched on.

Because this data is local, deleting the App from your phone deletes it.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run the App: signing you in, syncing your routine and history, restoring your data if you reinstall, and showing your own statistics back to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Notifications

Reminders (morning routine, water, evening check-in, focus timer, return nudges) are scheduled locally on your device. They do not travel through a server and work without an internet connection. You can turn any reminder type off, or change its time, in Profile → Notifications. You can also revoke notification permission entirely in iOS Settings.

This website

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter, plus the date and your browser's language setting, so we can email you when the App is released. That's the only thing we use it for. Ask us and we'll delete it.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which sections they read. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.

Where data is stored

Account and app activity data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and transferred over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access is protected by row-level security, meaning your records are only readable from your own authenticated account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the App: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your data from our servers and cannot be undone. The deletion runs against your own signed-in session, so no one else can delete your account.

You can also email us and we'll do it for you within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we'll take care of it — we don't require a specific form or wording.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
